"These soft supports are not add-ons," Professor Qian emphasized. "They are part of the precision system."

The roundtable began with a patient from Indonesia, Mr. Henky, who is currently receiving proton therapy at GCCC for nasopharyngeal carcinoma. He had considered hospitals in Malaysia, he said, but chose Guangzhou on a friend's recommendation.

To improve direct-billing experience, he said, data flow, capital flow, and business flow still need to be better aligned.
