- Lung cancer high-risk: Annual low-dose CT for smokers and those with significant smoking history
- Liver cancer high-risk: Ultrasound + AFP every 6 months for hepatitis B/C carriers and cirrhotic patients
- Gastric cancer high-risk: Endoscopy with H. pylori testing
- Colorectal cancer high-risk: Colonoscopy for those with family history or inflammatory bowel disease
- Breast cancer high-risk: Annual MRI + mammography for BRCA mutation carriers
