Payment Methods
GCCC accepts the following payment methods for international patients:
- International bank transfer (wire transfer) — Most common for pre-arranged treatment packages
- Major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- UnionPay — Widely accepted in China
- Cash — Chinese Yuan (RMB) only
- Alipay / WeChat Pay — With international credit card linkage
Deposit policy: A deposit is typically required to confirm your treatment schedule. The deposit amount is based on your estimated treatment cost and is fully applied to your final bill. We provide a detailed payment schedule before treatment begins.
International Insurance
Many international health insurance plans may cover cancer treatment at GCCC. We recommend the following steps:
- Contact your insurance provider to verify coverage for overseas cancer treatment in China
- Request pre-authorization for your planned treatment
- Ask about direct billing arrangements
- Understand your deductible, co-pay, and out-of-pocket maximum
GCCC can provide detailed medical documentation, treatment plans, and cost estimates to support your insurance claim. We also provide itemized receipts and medical reports in English.
Direct Billing
We are working to establish direct billing relationships with major international insurers and medical travel facilitators. Currently, most international patients pay directly and seek reimbursement from their insurance provider. Contact us for the most up-to-date information on direct billing partnerships.
